How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at psg-store@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt for proof of return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
