Manchester City have rejected a £70 million offer for Bernardo Silva from Paris Saint-Germain – according to The Times.
One of Manchester City’s most important players, Bernardo Silva, is not cheap this year – valued by the club at £84m.

According to L’Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain recently re-followed the introduction of Bernardo Silva to the club. They wanted to sign Bernardo Silva for £59m, or €70m, but Manchester City rejected the offer.
